2. Data we collect
We only collect the data the user voluntarily provides through the newsletter subscription form: name and email address. No sensitive data is collected and no financial information is requested.
3. Purpose of processing
The data is used exclusively to send the weekly Eco newsletter with outreach content on sustainable development, renewable energy and agriculture 5.0. It will not be transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is the user's express consent, granted by checking the corresponding box and submitting the subscription form, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection.
5. User rights
The user may exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, restriction of processing and portability of their data at any time by writing to redaccion@monvarondo.com. The user may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
6. Data retention
Data will be kept while the user maintains an active subscription. In case of cancellation, the data will be permanently deleted within a maximum period of thirty days.
